A cellulose wick quickly absorbs water from the device's base and can maintain its moisture level for extended periods. An aperture is designed for envelopes to slide through, and a separate area offers fingertips and stamps. There is a special slot to slide envelopes through and a separate spot for fingertips and stamps. Enclosed housing prevents splashing and protects the water supply from evaporation.
